5 High Protein Breakfast Ideas To Start The Day Strong

Sick of plain egg whites?? Here is some ideas that can help you change it up & still give you some protein in the morning! They are also easy to bring on the go!

 

  1. Egg Sandwich
  • Simple as putting egg whites on a piece of Ezekiel bread with some cheese or to make it even higher in protein have the sandwich on p28 bagel or bread! Also you can add some meat (turkey sausage or bacon)
  1. Yogurt parfait
  • Measure out some plain non-fat yogurt and throw some fruit and some granola but be careful with the granola and make sure you measure it up before you add it in!!
  1. Breakfast burrito
  • Fill the burrito with eggs, some cheese, salsa or onions/tomatoes & some protein whether it be beans, turkey sausage or bacon! Make it higher in protein with a p28 wrap or choose a low-carb wrap.
  1. Oatmeal with a scoop of protein
  • Make some oatmeal and throw a scoop of protein in it!
  1. Cottage cheese
  • Cottage cheese is high in protein! You can add a lot of things to it as well like protein powder, fruit, pumpkin puree (see Michele’s Instagram or Facebook for that recipe )
