12 ways to be successful at Revolutionize

  1. Ask questions and express concerns – we are not mind-readers. We don’t know if you need more help unless you tell us! We are happy to answer any questions you have and encourage you to text us rather than waiting for your next meeting to ask! I can assure you that you are not bothering us.
  2. Weigh/measure your food – this will ensure accuracy. It will also help you get a better idea of portion sizes and aid in better estimation when eating out.
  3. Track your food – if you are not tracking, it doesn’t matter if you “still ate well this week”. If you are not tracking, we don’t know if you are hitting your numbers, or if the numbers are working, therefore we cannot make any adjustments to your macros if necessary.
  4. Start off by using sample meal templates – we make these for you for a reason! These are to help you get started, and if you’re struggling, that is a perfect time to use them.
  5. Come in for weekly meetings – coming in for weekly meetings is not just important for the accountability, but it allows us to learn more about you and make any adjustments. It also gives us the chance to better answer your questions.
  6. Screenshot macros – accountability is a huge factor in success. We give you the option to screenshot your macros and send them to us at the end of the day. Utilize this option.
  7. Don’t focus on numbers – the number on the scale can be skewed by so many different factors. The best goal to have is to picture what you want to look like, not a specific weight you want to be. Two people who both weight 150 pounds could look completely different based on their body type, body fat percentage, etc.
  8. Consistency – consistency is key in reaching your goals! If you are not consistently hitting your numbers, we don’t know if any adjustments should be made. Consistently going over your numbers though, could take you out of a calorie deficit and put you into maintenance.
  9. Understand one bad day won’t ruin your progress – So you have one bad day, so what? Don’t let it turn into two. Get right back on track the next day and move forward.
  10. Don’t compare yourself to anyone except yourself – this is setting yourself up for failure. You should only be focusing on reaching your own goals. Don’t compare your progress or yourself to anyone else.
  11. Listen to your body – maybe you are feeling extra bloated, tired, hungry, etc. If you are tracking your food, you will have that food diary and can try to narrow it down. Everyone’s body is different, and everyone lives a different lifestyle. It’s up to you to decide when you want to eat and how many meals per day. And no matter how you decide to break it down, you will still see the same results.
  12. Trust the process – this is not a crash diet; this is a lifestyle change. We want to make sure you are losing fat. Everyone’s body is different, so we need time to learn about you and your body and make adjustments accordingly. Be patient; we will get you to where you want to be.
