8 Ways to get back on track after the holidays:

So you have not been on your best behavior for the last few weeks…well leave that in the past and do not continue in that same pattern! Get it back together and back on track! Remember that progress can only be made if you put the work into it. Do not make excuses because making excuses is only affecting you. Work hard for what you want and do it for you and only you!! Here is how you can get back on track:

  1. Leave the past in the past…don’t keep setting yourself back…move forward and focus on yourself and your goals. You made it through the holidays so you can make it through anything! Get back on track now otherwise it will just become harder and harder to get back on track as days go by.
  2. Do not beat yourself up if you were off move on life happens and you make it through it! Life struggles are going to happen it is the way we react to it that is important. This program is supposed to help you get through these life battles and get you back on track right away!
  3. Do not set yourself up for failure: make small goals & crush them!
  4. Drink LOTS of water. Buy a gallon so you can easily track the amount of water you are drinking.
  5. Prep your foods. You cannot make an excuse of not having any food to eat if you prep your food ahead of time!
  6. Track ahead of time and eat the foods you track!
  7. Get motivated and stay motivated! Schedule when you are going to work out and stick to it. Stay consistent so you see the results you want!
