6 ways to get the most use out of your RevolutioniZe membership

6 ways to get the most use out of your RevolutioniZe membership:

 

  1. REACH OUT TO US! We are not mind-readers. We do not know when something is wrong or not working until you tell us. Instead of simply giving up and not giving the program a chance reach out to us first so we can solve any problems you may be having. Communication is key.
  2. COME IN FOR YOUR WEEKLY FOLLOW-UPS & SCANS! It is easier to see how you are doing if you stay consistence with coming in and having the one-on-one time with your counselor. This can also help the counselor learn if there are any problems or concerns about the program. Also doing the monthly scans can help you see your progress and if we need to change anything with your numbers or workouts.  Again communication is key and will help you with your progress.
  3. TRACK YOUR MACROS! If you are off track get back on track by simply tracking your macros!! It may help if you plan ahead this way you do not get off track. Once you start tracking your macros the rest is easy! Screenshot your macros and send them over to your counselor/coach so we can stay in constant contact and know how you are doing with tracking your macros.
  4. HIT YOUR MACROS! Once you are back on track with tracking your macros hit those numbers now! We cannot fully see if the process is working if you do not hit your numbers and we cannot really move them around until you hit those macros given. Your counselor/coach can give you the tools but you have to use the tools for it to work!
  5. STAY THE COURSE! Progress is progress no matter how slow it may happen. There is a reason why we do a 3 month commitment and that is because we need to get to know you and your body and your body’s reaction to the numbers. Sometimes the first set of numbers given do not work well with your body and that is why we use these 3 months to play around with the numbers and see what works for you. It is not going to happen overnight. We are here to help you stay the course and not to give up but you have to have patience to stay on track so we can work together to get you where you want to be.  
  6. Remember Why You Started!. You started with a goal in mind, when you find yourself losing steam remind yourself of why you wanted this change, even better discuss it with your nutritionist so you two can develop a clear path to your goal.
