4 Ways you are setting yourself up for failure once you begin

  1. Expecting results yesterday before you even give your body a chance to adjust. You didn’t get to where you are overnight so you are not going to get to where you want to be overnight either! Patience goes a long way.
  2. Not following the program 100%!! If you do not follow the program given to you 100% you will not see the results you wish to see. We give you all the tools but you have to do it…we cannot workout, eat, drink, etc. for you!! Consistency is key so hit your macros everyday
  3. Constantly canceling your appointments or not showing up! If you keep cancelling your appointments that is on you to reschedule and we will try our best to get you in the most convenient time. Treat us like you would a doctor’s office if you cancel you may not get in right away so be patient and we will work with you as much as we can.  And also not reaching out to your nutritionist/coach with any questions/concerns! We can’t help you if you don’t tell us what’s going on we are not mind readers!
  4. Comparing yourself to others progress… YOU ARE A UNIQUE INDIVIUDAL STOP COMPARING YOUR PROGRESS TO OTHERS. Some people lose faster than others but maybe they have more to lose or they are more committed to the program you do not know the details so just worry about yourself
